The so called manager is a complete jerk. I came in at around 12am about 2-3 weeks ago, when I walked up to the counter I asked for $4 mega millions (it was not a draw night). I was greeted with a very snarky response saying that lottery isn’t sold after 12am. I was curious and asked if this was a new law. He looks at me and talks to me like I’m stupid and tells me that it’s been around forever. I questioned it a little and he starts throwing a fit. I told him I’ve never seen any other store do this and he said rudely they are all wrong, and I know the laws. Obviously this manager doesn’t know the law since I contacted VA lottery and they stated no law of its kind exist and the manager sounds like a person who doesn’t know how to be wrong. I hope this owner likes to continue to lose money due to his managers poor understanding of the laws, and his poor customer service skills. If your gonna claim a law exist do your research, cause if it doesn’t and you act like a jerk to customers then it makes me question why I even shop here. It’s better to drive a few minutes down the road to not be bothered by this guy.

this gas is still really expensive for gas and for blacksburg but the little store attached to it has everything you would want from a gas station store so i'm not really complaining. they are really nice to you to there too. iffy gas but great snacks

It’s gone downhill. Pumps are always broken, can’t keep their gas stocked. Staff got defensive with me when I asked them why that is. Apparently it’s not an issue. Update: Just pulled up and one of their employees is smoking a cigarette at the gas pump talking to one of their friends. Are you guys serious?

I have only ever used the convenience store once, and it was okay, but I don't have much else to say about it. On the other hand, the gas from this share is usually average price for the area, and you cannot go wrong with Shell Gas.

23 year old grad student pushing 24 in a month, who just moved here in July. Every. Single. Time. I go into this store and buy tobacco, with my FL ID I’ve had since I was 16, the lady behind the counter pulls a book out trying to “check” my ID. After she realizes it’s valid, she scans it 4-5 times trying to reassure herself. Therefore, I refuse to purchase tobacco here after 4-5 experiences with the same woman, where I WAS able to purchase what I asked for. Well tonight, this lady tried to tow my car from a parking spot while I was outside waiting on folks. Shut this Shell down. Period.

I bought a 44 oz fountain drink there and was charged $3.33. Most expensive fountain drink I've ever purchased by about $1.50. I hope the clerk made a mistake - the price wasn't posted.

I am handicap I couldn't get anyone to help pump gas. I tried to call but number wasn't any good. 3 people behind the counter all looking at me honking. Sign on pump says to honk
