We have used Security Self Storage each of the last 4 years as our son was in school and then graduate school. Debbie is fantastic to work and incredibly responsive. The facility and is very clean and extremely easy to work with and secure. I can't say enough about Security Self Storage.Joel

I used this storage facility for my daughter attending VA Tech. The unit is outside and not well insulated. all of her belongings were dusty and had bugs on them. Second, I asked if my last month could be prorated since we moved out the day after the payment was received. They said they could not prorate and charged me the full fee for one day of use. That is poor business practice and I will not be using this facility or refer any of my child's parents to this storage facility.

If you’re in need of storage in Blacksburg area, I would go here! The property is clean, extremely nice and helpful staff, and it is easy to get a rental!

The storage lockers are pretty hit or miss. Not climate controlled from what I see and not kept that well either

Very courteous. I had moved out of my storage unit two months ago, but forgot to call and terminate my lease. They noticed I had moved out and ended my lease for me. I expect most storage companies would try to charge you as long as possible, but not these people. The keypad takes some getting used to, though.
