I've been with Christiansburg Verizon for about 30 years, and today reminded me why. After an *awful* experience with a Verizon store in Roanoke (we just happened to be there) we quickly decided to go back to our reliable Christiansburg store. Thank heavens. Mike Harper was exactly the opposite of the Roanoke salesman who was smarmy, aggressive, deceptive, and didn't even attempt to look into our issues. Mike fixed my wife's phone (our immediate problem), was otherwise helpful and honest and so sold us two new phones without all the add-ons, insurance, higher monthly upgrade prices that the other feller insisted was required. I believe that each Verizon "store" is independently owned and operated, so choose wisely. Christiansburg Verizon has never done me wrong and they have always received five stars from me.”
“The service at the AT&T store in Christiansburg VA is great. Had issues with another 5G server so went there and they were so patient with me. The former service provider took forever to deal with. I highly recommend both the service and the staff especially Jamie!”

“Even thought I chose not to activate my phone or account with US Cellular after a nightmare with their online and phone customer service; I have to give credit to the guys at the store on Market St. in Christiansburg. Gabe, Chris, and David made a stressful situation much better with general conversation. Thank you Gabe for holding on the phone for over an hour with your customer service peeps to get my refund and everything setup. Both Justin and Lance stayed late to make sure that they did everything they could do to help me and my family. Lance was very tenacious at working through technical difficulties that most would just give up on. They are both sweet and patient. I've never had such excellent service from Verizon, and I've been with them for 20 years!”
