Great prices and great staff!I switched from CVS to Kroger Pharmacy and I’m never going back. The tech’s are really helpful, and the lead pharmacist is so nice!

I shouldn't give them 3 stars. I went in for my covid booster shot and was questioned why I should get it! Anyone willing to get there booster should get it and encourage others! I can't remember the pharmacist name but she had an accent.

I have been using the Kroeger Pharmacy on University Blvd. for about 10 years and have never had any sort of problem. Everyone there is very professional and go out of their way to help you. These folks are "top drawer."

What can I say? Karie the pharmacist is so nice and attentive. She does her job very well. She happened to be there the day I stroked out and fell. They called her over and she knew me. I was unconscious and not breathing. 911 was called and she worked until she got in touch with my family. Had it not been for her, hard to tell what would have happened. I have been told what all happened that afternoon but I don't remember anything except waking up hours later in ER. Karrie knows her stuff and is liked by everyone it seems. Thanks Karrie for helping me in my time of need

I had Sandra in the floral department provide all the flowers for my wedding. It was a lot. Three bouquets, 14 centerpieces, corsages, and boutonnieres. But Sandra was very helpful and the order turned out great. Very happy with service and price of the floral department.

This is a review for the Kroger store on university not the pharmacy. This Kroger has gone down hill since mike cristal left. Other than Pat , Billy and Darren and a few others the staff are not nice , not helpful and lazy. There are never enough registers open and lines back up while employees watch and talk. The store is never fully stocked and I don't know why because they are stocking all day blocking aisles and not getting out of the way for the customers. So many times I have to turn around and go the other way to get to the same aisle I am trying to shop. I never see a manager in there and have no idea who is running the place. It's really sad and it needs new energy and someone to take control of this poor poor grocery store that offers an awful shopping experience.

Worst pharmacy in the world! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! They have the most horrible employees I've ever experienced. I thought it was a fluke so I tried to give them another chance..... Should've NEVER did that! I was treated like I was a horrible person just for trying to have my prescriptions filled. So I left and never went back. BLACKSBURG PHARMACY IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!
