Not really bad enough for one star. The cleaning steps are too simple and not worth it for the price. The towels provided are not clean, the vacuum head is too big, and carpet cleaning is not provided. I'd rather drive farther to that car wash tunnel on the way to Christianburg.

Beware!!! My car was brand new and was damaged. The owner jerked us around for 3 months saying he would pay for the damage but I just couldn’t wait any longer for fear or my car rusting. It scratched my car down to the metal. The owner didn’t care at all saying he would pay but it would be done in HIS TIME. He would not do anything. He just kept ignoring and putting us off. He is a liar. Ever since my car was damaged they have set up a button that you must push in order to go through with your wash saying that you will not hold them responsible for any damage. I was told this by a friend. I finally had to turn it in on my insurance and he never even offered to pay the $500 deductible which was way less than he would have originally had to pay for the repairs.

This car wash damaged my wifes car. The owner Nate agreed to pay for the damage and later after numerous attempts he didn’t do so. We had to have it repaired and claimed it on our insurance plus paid a $500 deductible. This place is owned by a crook. I would recommend NOT using this facility. Steve

It's a nice enough car wash BUT it ripped my antenna off my car! Left my information with the staff and the owner couldn't care less. Apparently only cars a few years old and under qualify are worthy of being reimbursed for replacement. The owner wouldn't even bother to give me a partial credit so I could go get it fixed, let alone apologize for the incident. Won't be returning.

Don't sign up for a monthly membership. Jet Express will keep charging your account even after you suspend your account. Every month the charge goes back to my CC and I have to reach out to my CC company.I did yesterday and was told I would get a call back---still waiting on the call.

I usually have a great experience but some reason I selected a different wash and it’s totally screwed up the color on my side mirrors and bummer. And acid splash of sort.I did call to try to speak to someone (it was a day they had closed earlier it seems). I left a voicemail but no one returned my call.

My first visit. I used a holiday pricing to get the $25 ceramic wash for $5. Car hadn't been through a wash in a long time, so not everything on the roof washed off. It got it a lot brighter white though. The vacuums did a good job on the carpet, and the clips to hold mats really help get them clean.
