Beautiful location on VTs campus. There is a small parking lot, but be careful to notice the permit requirements. You can use the park mobile app to pay for parking and avoid the ticket.
Explore this beautiful spot and... GO HOKIES!!!!!

We visited this garden on Saturday when visiting Virginia Tech. We came around 6 pm, visited the garden and the pond. The place was empty in the afternoon, and we have enough time to enjoy the garden and the pond

This is a small but might garden. We had a tour led by the Director of the Lee Hahn Horticultural Garden. We walked through a Trident Maple forest with native plants, saw the beautiful koi pond and the colorful beds of flowers.
Located on the Virginia Tech campus l look forward to seeing how the gardens grow and expand through the years.

My brother is having his wedding here today. The garden is beautiful. Lots of nice little spots for pictures. Has a pond. There's some ducks. Paved walkways. Racks for bicycle parking. Pretty plants. Good view of the Virginia Tech baseball field.

Love the presentation and general vibe of the place. Despite it being a small patch of land, I forgot I was in the middle of a college campus. It seems the animals are used to people being around because a squirrel just stared at me for the longest time.
Would recommend just to walk around for a couple minutes.

It’s a small, but beautiful garden. Brick walkways sprawl over the area. Every plant has a little label containing some info including its English and scientific name. As you walk through the garden, tons of birds are chirping up in the treetops. Always a great place to stop by when visiting campus.

What a beautiful serene place. I only wish I had brought a book so I could sit on the bench and read, reflect, and enjoy the surroundings.

Hahn Garden is one of my favorite places!!! Beautiful flowers, trees, plants, and water features. Good peaceful place for walking and nature photos. You must go here!!! They have a lovely pavilion you can rent for events. Easiest time to park there is after 5pm weekdays and all weekend with no parking pass. Otherwise during a weekday you need to get a visitor parking pass from the university's visitor center and the parking is typically full on a weekday. No public restroom on site, fyi. That is the only thing missing at this beautiful garden!!!

This is one of my favorite places to just bliss out! I am so entranced by the attention to detail in this garden. The walkways are lit up in the evenings. The sunset is Gorgeous and the Virginia Tech campus in the background just gives it a total romantic ambiance! I took the doggies there for a stroll on Sunday and the weather was Beautiful too! I would highly recommend this place to experience nature at its finest! To all the students, staff and Horticulturists that maintain these gardens ?? job well done! ♥️? ? ?

My husband and I held our wedding at the HHG and we couldn’t be happier with the venue and the team. Scott was incredibly helpful as we planned the wedding from another state, and it was clear that the HHG team wanted to help make the wedding fun and stress-free. We would highly recommend this beautiful garden to anyone hosting an event in Blacksburg, and everyone should take a look around even just for a stroll through this wonderful location.

This is a lovely botanical garden. Besides all of the glorious flowers, shrubs and trees, they have created lovely, cozy areas to sit and drink in the beauty of a gorgeous early fall day. I have seen this garden in the spring and summer as well. Just delightful! Make a point to find it if you are visiting Virginia Tech.
