I'm a coin collector and swapped $230 in rolled dimes and nickels for $230 in rolled quarters to "search". I opened the first roll and 3 nickels were mixed in the middle of the roll, move to the next more nickels. Out of 23 rolls of quarters 9 have nickels mixed in the rolls. I advised the branch manager and she said they can't verify they were in the rolls when I left, basically calling me a liar. She said she couldn't help me with anything, who knows how many businesses and people have been taken advantage of going to this bank to get change. STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service... Takes a billion steps and a billion calls to get anything done. They lock your access for anything (like, you access from a different computer)! Then calls do not come through, codes expire, accesses expire because you were waiting for a call that never came through and they make you go from call attendant in call attendant and you never get anything done. Simply terrible!

I'm assuming BOA was desperate... therefore selling all their loyal customers to this joke of a place! Pulling my account ASAP! I've given it A year and there isn't a single good thing to say! Tellers are nice enough if you like generic greetings and front manager is condescending and banker I dealt with was rude!

Needed to get in touch with them today regarding a problem with my account that they seemed to cause. From their website: "Our Client Care Specialists are currently unable to receive incoming telephone calls. If you need to contact our Client Care Center, please leave a message and someone will promptly return your call." Great customer service. Not.
