I'll start by saying I truly hate the CVS corporation. As a prescriber and a patient, CVS is terrible to deal with. Except for this location on South Main Street in blacksburg. The two pharmacists there are incredibly polite and helpful.

This used to be hands down the best CVS pharmacy I’ve been to in several states. Always efficient and got things right. The last few months, they have been awful! Seem short staffed, takes forever to get things filled. Person who was giving vaccines seemed to have no idea what they were doing. New management? I don’t know what happened :(

Always problems at this store and feels unsafe after dark. I went in, there was 1 person in line at the pharmacy counter that arrived about the same time. It took the staff 20 minutes to get to her. And another 10 to get to me. I had gone for my COVID shot, and was sent away, told to make an online appointment. This is the second time I've come and not been able to receive my shot. The last time the pharmacy had just closed early. It was 4:30 when I went in. The pharmacy hours show 6:00 p.m. as closing time.This place is also unsafe after dark. They've been asked several times to replace the burned out bulbs surrounding the building that light the walkway and in the parking lot. It has just gotten worse.Calls to CVSs 800 number get you someone overseas that can't understand what you want, not results.

This pharmacy is not open during their reported hours. Twice in the past 2 weeks, I have driven to the pharmacy to get time-sensitive prescriptions, and no pharmacist has been available. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy does not care about there patients or how far they have to drive to come get there medicine and they sure don't know how to count days up for medication I will be finding another pharmacy

Horribly rude cashier! I will drive to the other side of Blacksburg to the other CVS before I ever step foot back in there! I wish I had a dollar for everytime she rolled her eyes at me during the checkout process.

The pharmacy’s communication is horrible. I get automatic calls saying your prescription starting with …first letter…and please call the pharmacy. Calling is a joke. I call back and if I can even get through, it asks for a script number but don’t know the number of the script they’re calling me about. Finally got all my scripts moved to Express Scripts and Blacksburg Pharmacy (the absolute best!!), but had one left to pick up. When I got home and looked in the bag, the label was t on the bottle!!

a minute agoNEWZERO STARS..The managers are so rude especially Stephen. I was at the register when he walked past and said to the cashier "I'm glad it's you ringing her up and not me" who says that!? And especially a MANAGER. He has always said rude remarks to me and I've had enough..Terrible managers at that place!! I'm calling corporate NOW. He needs to lose his job.

I usually don’t give reviews but this cvs just infuriates me. Im giving them two stars instead of one because the cashier I interacted with was super nice.DO NOT get your prescriptions sent here unless you want your time wasted. Every time I’ve come to get my prescriptions they either haven’t packaged it yet or it takes them forever to get it for me. It seems as if they’re really understaffed and I understand they have a lot of prescriptions to give but oh my gosh.
