Overplayed my cars issues. Mechanic offered me 200 after exacerbating the severity of what was wrong. Could have sold the bumper alone for over 200, got much more selling private after disregarding their dishonest work. Wouldn't trust them to honestly patch a bicycle tire.

Would not go again. Went in to have multiple issues looked at. Written report they gave me clearly gave an answer to one car issue, but the other one was unclear. Front desk told me what they thought it was based on what he read in the report. But I knew he wasn't sure since he is not a mechanic and didn't work on my car. I asked to speak to the mechanic twice to resolve this, but was declined by the front desk. Finally they went back and asked the mechanic what the cause of the second issue was and I got an answer. Still, I could not directly speak to the mechanic myself. I've never declined to speak to a mechanic at any shop but this one. If I spend money on a diagnosis, I expect to be given a direct answer to the problems and not have the front desk tell me what they think the issue is due to the unclear report and refuse to let me talk to the mechanic. I would not come here again after this, poor customer service, go somewhere else.

Great service, Great people. As soon as I called and entered the shop. They were so willing to help me and look at my vehicle to fix my issues. I have been a YouTube follower for a few years now. I highly recommend this shop.

From the time I walked in until my car was finished, everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They use a system that allows you to track your vehicle as it goes through inspections and repairs that keeps you informed and allows you to accept or decline suggested services, as well as know how long your service will take. I had a great experience with them!

Went there when my GTI broke down and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone working there is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic look no further, I’m going to be recommending this shop to anyone who will listen. Thanks again guys!

Had some issues with my car and State Farm sent Campus Automotive to tow my car back to Radford. I did not get the name of the man who helped this morning but he was very kind and helpful!

The people at Campus Automotive were extremely nice and the service was excellent. Their prices were reasonable. Further, before any repairs were completed, they sent pictures of what they seeing and gave me the opportunity to accept or decline the repairs online. I would highly recommend them to parents needing repairs for their students going to VT.

My car was brought in to look at the AC knowing that my car seat was broken. They continued to make the seat worse and now I cannot drive my car. They went off on me in front of everyone in the shop and then said they wouldn’t “fix my car for free” despite literally returning my car in a worse condition than when I dropped it off. They wanted me to spend ANOTHER $200 to look at it despite them being the reason it’s worse than before. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with them. DO NOT COME HERE.
