The Bug Shop is a reliable and respectful business with an amazing team of wonderful mechanics. They are extremely kind, a joy to work with, and good folks all around. The service is great, quick, very prompt, and efficient. The mechanics demonstrate excellent mechanical expertise and are great at communicating everything that is going on with a vehicle, providing updates on parts and services. They communicate options for repairs clearly and are open about what is wrong. They do everything possible to get customers back on the road quickly, even going the extra mile in desperate situations. The shop is known for fair prices, will not overcharge, and offers great pricing for great work. They are willing to get creative with repairs as needed. Every time I have been here, everybody has been extremely kind, the service was great and quick, and I really appreciate how the mechanics will let you know everything that is going on with your car, giving updates on parts and other services. They will also not overcharge you. Excellent place!
