I have been going to BAC for years and was very impressed with Dr. Graham! She got on the floor with my very anxious pup and wrapped him in a towel to calm and comfort him. She spent a lot of time explaining things and giving me options. Very impressed with her!

I'm over the moon thrilled with Dr. Graham. She was extremely thorough in her exam on my 11 year old Great Pyrenees and explained everything in detail. I have hope now that he will be more comfortable in the time he has left.
The staff at this clinic is gentle and caring. If you are looking for a true, fear free experience for your animals, this is the place to take them.

My mom and I took our family dog, a 9-10 year old lab here for her physical. Dr. Graham was just wonderful. She took a lot of time to care for our girl, and explain everything. It just means a lot to have a nice vet. We appreciated her so much!

TBH payed $1409 to take my cat that for a procedure and they said one week on results. They have had at least one of the results in and didn't even call me. I called the vet twice today. No one has called me even though they tried to say that they called me three times. My phone never rang after paying out this much money. I have a cat at home that's puking not eating hardly can walk and they won't tell me the results, do not take this animal to vet should've known that Companion is always the best route

Dr. Watson and his colleagues have taken such great care of our pets. Especially our kitty who has had asthma issues on and off for a couple of years. We ended here initially bc of an emergency situation several years ago, and they put in a lot of effort to ensure that we could get an appointment late on a Friday. They are also very affordable.

Everyone at Blacksburg Animal Clinic has impressed my husband and me with their knowledge, compassion, and especially their kindness...on the phone and in person (much-appreciated customer service). They genuinely care about our sweet 12 1/2 year-old yellow lab, and it's obvious that she senses it. No matter how poorly she feels, she always gets excited when we arrive at BAC. We've used their boarding services, and she seems very well cared for during her stays. We hate ever having to leave her, but the loving care that she receives makes it so much easier. We highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

A great vet clinic. The nurses clearly love the animals and are very caring for both pet and owner. The doctors are also very helpful and knowledgeable.The first time I came was when I adopted a small 3mo old kitten. It was my very first time owning any sort of pet so I was very anxious. However, the staff were very nice and helped guide me throughout the whole process.The second time was when my kitten sneezed blood which was very scary. They didn’t have appointment slots that day, but they let me drop him off in the morning so they could check him out the moment they were free. The doctor was very calming and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how they would help.

Much better than town and country. These vets seem to care about your animals. The clerks need some education. One asked if we had any questions about the medicine and I said sure. Their response was “well I’m not sure”

The building is not much to look at but then again the prices are reasonable for quality vet care. We've been going there for several years. Our pup injured his foot over the weekend. Called them first thing Monday morning and they were able to see him the same day.

This clinic may be small but it is mighty!Dr. Watson has over 10 years of experience and is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Cook recently joined the practice and is the most down to earth person I have ever met. Both doctors care so much about their patients and clients and I have witnessed first hand all of the lives they have touched. You couldn’t ask for better people to take care of your pets. The staff, receptionists and assistants, are out of this world. The customer service from reception is phenomenal and the assistants in the back always go above and beyond. Overall, I adore this clinic and every person working there. I can’t wait to see all the amazing things they accomplish in the future
