“I have lived here for around 5 months now, and the experience has been excellent.These apartments have some old bones, but the maintenance service is great, and the apartments are built a lot better than many of the "luxury" apartments in town. Maintenance shows up generally within a few hours. We had issues with the sink and toilet and both were resolved promptly. Matt did an excellent job on both, and the rest of the team is great too.The only drawbacks I've noticed is the lack of in-unit laundry, and the HVAC system is quite loud. Also, the electric stoves have coil elements, which are not that pleasant to cook on because cookware does not like to lie flat on them. However, I think that the low cost to live here, along with the service, more than makes up for this.The team here truly goes above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend Shawnee!”

“The leasing company is really great to work with for the most part, my roommates and I have had a really good experience with them. With us all being introverts, it's really nice to live in such a quiet and chill place, and the views are pretty too! Definitely would recommend. You do have to do a little more research on your own than most places as far as getting utilities and other things set up, but they have been really open and communicative with us.”

“I actually had a great experience renting from Noonkester! We were shown the apartment, told all of the details of how to apply and were so happy when we were accepted! The day we moved in everything was working and in good condition (these are old apartments you have to remember that). I loved how each apartment was unique.Any maintenance problems were solved within a day or 2, and McKinley even came and unlocked my door on his off day because I was locked out. Communication was great with my calls and texts always being answered. We've since gotten our security deposit back with a few deductions that were bound to happen.A great experience and I'd recommend! The only downside is having to pay with checks but it doesn't take much to get a checkbook”

This area like many places in the east have faced challenges in this new lease time. In these challenges there has been support in the form of management here and support services community Ex.Weather and lots of it recently has been met with updates and solutions. It’s a step by step process but this support mentioned gets us to a long lasting solution not a temporary fix. National Weather Service office and radar, media did a job. We are all fortunate. Resident issue caused by this we dealt with promptly. Thank again.”
