Chris came down from the norton store to big stone.So I go in to get a galaxy watch he mislead me on what I was paying I paid around 125 he says that is activation and fees and taxes and my bill will go up 12 to 14 dollars a month so I get my bill and it is like 72 dollars higher I call him he says o that is activation fee I said you told be that was the 125 I paid he said no that was just our fees have my 2nd bill now and it is up 27 dollars and he tells me it would be 12 to 14 so he tells you what ever he has to to make a sale if you use verizon go to a actual verizon dealer not russell carrier.

Lexie was pleasant, helpful and was very good at her job. Unfortunately due to a Verizon system, my phone was not activated until the next day, but that was out of the employees control. Highly recommend Lexie!

Chandler at the Big Stone Gap Verizon store provided me with excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to all of my questions. He was very in tune with my particular needs and he took his time to make me feel important. He tried to do his best to go above and beyond to provide complete resolution with everything I mentioned to him. He did not make me feel rushed. He was very nice and he added the human touch. I was very impressed with Chandler. I rate him a 12 on a scale of (0-10) with 10 being the best.
