This is a small town so if you've ever lived in a small town you can imagine how scary it is to post any type of poor review. My mail person is not pleasant. I'm happy to do it but I had to make accommodations to get packages here. On top of that it's not easy to speak to anyone and they don't seem to care about anything. It's understandable because it's a small town but it's really disappointing

For the second time we did not receive our KTN newspaper on Tuesday, August 29. It finally arrived on September 2; however our weekend edition which should have arrived didn’t.

Came to get a passport, have been waiting for 30 minutes on the lobby to open back up. It is posted they would be back @ 2:00, it is now 2:30 and people are lined up to try to get service. Absolutely ridiculous.

They refuse to leave our packages. We will be outside in the yard and they will put a slip in the mailbox saying we weren't home. We have signed a paper to have them leave the package no matter what but for some reason they still refuse.

Absolutely horrible experience with the "clerk" that answered the phone yesterday when I called about an issue with my elderly mother's mail. She was rude, disrespectful & obviously did not know how to handle herself. Called my concerns "ignorant" when I expressed our issues about the mailman trying to get cash from my mother for extra postage on an important envelope. He got frustrated when she didnt have it & refused to give her the mail without a full explanation. We were obviously worried perhaps he was trying to scam her & called to ask about the situation. After dealing with this clerk's attitude I ask to speak to the post master or a manager & she rudely hung up the phone on me. It makes me sick that tax payers pay for our postal workers to act so disrespectful to the people that pay their salaries. This "clerk" as she called herself (as she refused to give me her name) needs to be fired if that is the way she handles incoming calls of concern regarding the elderly possibly being scammed for cash.

Whoever the lady is that does my route has quit caring about the safety of my packages.I complained about these 2 and sent them in as well and today I recieved my package on top of my mail box. For anyone to see and easily take.

The lady who works front desk is always friendly and speedious.Seems like shes the only one working in front and does alot on her own . That would take alot of patience with customers and other staff but she hangs right on in there and does a good job.

Our mailman is amazing and the woman that's often at the front desk is always so kind, but whoever answers the phones is completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I will go a town over from now on for my post office needs. Two men were laughing as I was explaining my situation. I simply wanted to know why two packages had been sitting there for several days. They tried to blame UPS and everyone else under the sun instead of actually trying to help. Absolutely horrible, especially around the holidays.
