I love this place. Everyone is so nice! I highly recommend coming by once a month and getting a 90 minute massage, with hot stones, from Mandy. The girl is amazing. She is super sweet and really knows what she is doing. I always come out feeling super relaxed. Stop by the coffee shop and get a chocolate fit frappe, with a shot of espresso, on your way out. You won't be disappointed!

Well first of all it’s a great place the employees were really nice, the only thing is they took me straight back didn’t give me a price I said I wanted a shampoo and a haircut, I don’t have much hair due to 20 surgeries since 2017 it was like a 5 min job when she was done and I went to check out I asked her price she said 40.00 I said wow that was way too much for a 5 min haircut and a wash!! Once again very friendly but ask price before they take you back!!! I won’t ever go back to this salon!

My first visit to Tracy's Salon was today and I am very impressed. Macy was my stylist and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I really liked the fact that she asked questions and really listened to me and explained everything to me in detail. I find many sylists are just in a hurry to get you out the door!The Salon itself if very nice and modern! I highly recommend it and I will most definitely be returning!

My hair isn’t the color I wanted. I told her I needed put under dryer & I got put under a steamer that did not even heat my head. $160 for the service & I have friends that Get the same done & pay about $50 less. Gave 2 cards to friends & when they ask the price they threw the cards down. After washing it the color is not what it looked like with toner.. you live & learn.Service: Hair coloring

$230 for highlights when could have gotten them done in Charlotte NC for $100 sent pics to a friend to verify. Appointment at 1:30 stylists didn't show up til Almost 2 causing me to miss my 4:00 nail Appointment. ? will not be returning after my mom recommended as she went to school with tracy.Services: Hairstyling

Appt was changed to a different day and stylist without asking me,very unprofessional in my opinion. I did not receive the color or cut I requested. I do not believe some of the younger stylist r well trained in color and cuts especially for women 55 and older. This Salon charges some of the highest fees around for poor service. I had to find a different salon to restyle and recolor my hair. I would not recommend this salon.Services: Hair coloring
