Serving Lee, Wise, & Scott Counties? We have missed Dr. & business appointments time after time. 2 of the male employees taking ride reservations have been rude, very intrusive, and I actually get panic attacks even trying to get anything done with this business. I've had constant problems with them not showing up after scheduling rides, so I call asking where is my ride and they never even scheduled the rides. This business is basically useless most of the time, most of the employees are unprofessional and unhelpful. I hope you don't have to rely on them, because they have personally set us back years as far as progressing in our lives.
