Very friendly to their regulars which appear to be everyone. Employees seemed to know everyone's name.Men's restroom clean.Women's restroom sketchy, door didn't close, toilet barely worked, toilet seat dirty.Not mask compliant in the slightest for Marathon employees or customers. Subway employees seemed to be wearing masks at their counter however I saw one mask under chin behind the Marathon counter so...useless.Smelled good from the Subway.

This is the best Subway in the Big Stone Gap/Duffield area but the store really needs to keep the Marathon employees from fighting in front of the customers. The last two times that I was in the location purchasing subs there were verbal confrontations between employees.

I do not suggest buying a sandwich from the Subway inside of this gas station. The workers are not up-to-par on the cleanliness here. I watched 2 female employees prepare food, use the same knife to cut every customer's sandwich, and handle money with the same gloves. Cross contamination?? There were tons of gnats swarming around behind the glass partition near the food. This needs to be kept under control. They're gross here.
