They don't answer the phone at all

This store needs all new management and employees! I watched the manager and an employee make fun of customers the other day as soon as they left the store laughing about them and making fun. It’s always a cluttered mess, rude rude employees that act like it’s such a hassle to check you out. Can’t get a cart through the store, stock stays on rolltainers they won’t offer to put it up so you can actually buy it. Stay off your cell phone and put up freight and slap on a smile.

Worst customer service of any Dollar General in the area. Employees act as if assisting customers is an inconvenience…she didn’t bother to bag all of my items and just walked away after I paid for them.

No matter where you go you always need to stop and check them out. Daily needs from food, cleaning supplies, medicine and so much more. Love DG !!

I avoid this store if at all possible. Bare shelves cluttered and rude employee. Stop SITTING behind the register playing on the phone and do your jobs!

The Big Stone Gap Virginia Dollar General Store is the worst place to shop at. Their store manager Melissa James is very rude and their worker Tyler Rose makes racist jokes.
