Wow! Let me just tell you about the phenomenal customer service I got today. My son has been home with ear infection. I've been to the doctor and I can't seem to find the antibiotics he needs anywhere. I was afraid I was going to have to go up to Norton for my fourth time today from Big stoyne. This woman, and I didn't get her name, took it upon herself to call the other economy drug pharmacy, along with others on top of that, to find the medication my son needed. She then is making sure that I don't have to drive to Norton to pick it up by having it delivered to their pharmacy here. I'm not even kidding. I almost cried when I got in the car, because if you're a parent, you know how hard it is to have a sick kid. It's exhausting. I really wanted to get my son this medication tonight so he can go back to school tomorrow. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. Thank you. If she is reading this, thank you. You are my hero today.

Best hometown drugstore I have used in a long time. The pharmacist are very friendly and that means everything when someone is in need of medications. They deserve all the business they can get, especially when these big chain pharmacies are getting richer and hiring pharmacist that don’t have any compassion. Thank you Economy Drug!! Big Stone Economy Drug has become my "go-to" pharmacy. At my previous pharmacy, I was paying over $200/mo more. When I wanted to switch from the previous to Big Stone Economy, they made the calls and had everything switched over for me. Once I finally received insurance, they got that put on no problem. No long waiting time. Plus there is this neat little thing called the drive thru window, which I use on my extreme people-shy days. And I've had to talk with all of the people there and they are very friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best pharmacies that I've used!!

Best drug store out there, I have just transferred all my meds to Economy Drug. Very nice people. Needed a med filled Saturday and they were out, this is a med I take every day. Majesta went out of her way for a new customer and went to Buchanan County and got the med so I wouldn't have to do without, and I had them at 6:30. Great prices. Please try them out, and you will be treated right ! Thanks for a great experience , JUNO
