My town experience was a great experience I traded my v6 challenger to a v8 shaker hood challenger it wouldn’t have happen without Gary and Greg they went beyond and above to make this happen pretty awesome guys so thankful for them if you are looking to trade or wanting another vechile go to my town and visit Gary and Greg

I purchased my truck right at 2 years ago from them and when I did it was used, so I purchased an "extended warranty" (service contract) that was supposed to cover "anything" power train related. Fast forward to about 2 months ago my truck started getting hot so I took it in to them they kept it 3 weeks changed fan, flushed coolant system, and changed thermostat, said it was still not right and believed the head gasket was bad. Warranty people came out and said it's operating normal by ram specs and would not cover anything, this round of repairs cost me over $400.00 with a warranty that was supposed to be $100.00 deductible. Got my truck home realized my hitch was gone ($300.00) called them they said they were not liable. A week goes by overheating again and loosing coolant took it back to try to get warranty company to pick up repair of head gaskets they said we're bad... sat there 3 more weeks and nothing, finally I got fed up went and got it took it to another shop around 1030 a.m. on Wednesday by 4 o'clock that day had it diagnosed and repair underway turned out to be a hose on the egr cooler under intake not head gasket at all, so their mechanics misdiagnosed problem and had my truck close to 2 months total, cost over $700.00 bucks and never completed anything. The finance guys will try to sell you on how great the service contracts are (extended warranty) but they are not worth the paper they are written on. My advice steer clear of this clip joint.

He was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. One of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. We feel as though we received a very fair trade value for our vehicle and the pricing on the car we purchased was up front without hidden fees or other costs. The lifetime power train warranty helped make our decision for us. We would highly recommend Greg and My Town for your next new or used car purchase. Keep the money at home and shop LOCAL!

My experience with Town and Country in Big Stone Gap Virginia was awesome. Greg Young answered all my questions I had while searching for a vehicle to purchase. He went above and beyond all measures to get me approved to purchase a vehicle. Thank you My Town and Country for my new Kia Sorento. If you want a great buying experience for a vehicle, Greg Young is the guy you need to speak with. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience while looking for a vehicle to purchase.

Just bought a 2021 Nissan Rouge and I could not be happier with the service and help from the Staff. Greg Young was great to work with and made the process very comfortable and stress free. He was very patient with communicating back and forth with me while I was at work and shortly after clocking out I was driving home with my Rouge. My wife loves the new ride as well so that is a plus.

Awful company to deal with. They have no information on the cars their selling what so ever. I was talking to a guy for 3 days about a car and it was sent to auction the whole time and he never told me. When I asked for information on the car they seemed to have known nothing what so ever about it. They wanted me to buy the car unseen without even a video. Awful communication and Awful customer service. I wouldn't waste my breath or my time on this company ever. I was even dealing with the general manager and he was even worse than the salesman. 10/10 worst dealership I've ever dealt with.

We had the best experience here from start to finish. Austin was the best and went above and beyond for me and my husband. Got us in a nice car for a great price, stuck to what we said we wanted to pay and kept to their word on everything. Definitely will do business with My Town and Austin again in the future.
