Bought three rooms of carpet from Allen's almost three years ago. The second year the carpet came loose. Called Allen's to get the carpet fixed. They would not return my calls or try to help. I don't deal with people who don't service what they sell!! I will never deal with Allen's Carpet again!!

We really wanted to shop local but after several calls and trips to the store, we never received a final price or delivery date. I am certainly glad business is good but everyone is on a timeline. Thankfully we found a place that appreciated our business and accommodated within a couple of days.

Had Brazilian Cherry 3/4 in wood in living room. Beautiful Ceramic tile in bathroom. Carpet in 1 bedroom.Very reasonable pricing & labor.The best work I've ever experienced with kind Christian hard workers and the best finishing of a complete job I've seen!I had this done several years ago and it's just as beautiful today as the day it was finished. Thank You All for your hard work!
