I've been to quite a few Rosemont weddings and they've all been great. But I would like to give a special S/O to a phenomenal planner in particular--Sarah C! She is professional, pays great attention to detail, and keeps everything running smoothly. 10/10 recommend the Rosemont and Sarah! :)

Epic wedding venue(s) inbound! I've had the pleasure of photographing 3 weddings here (The Manor and The Springs) so far and am elated at every opportunity to come back. The Historic Rosemont Manor and Springs are both intensely picturesque. Tons of greenery with an amazing staff crew to make your special day feel as awesome as it looks.

We held our wedding at Rosemont Manor / Springs in November 2024 and could not have asked for a better venue! The weather for our wedding was amazing and we were so excited that we were still able to do portions of the event outside since it was sunny and still relatively warm for November!
We rented the entire property from the weekend and were able to make use of both the Manor facilities and the Springs facilities. The carriage house was perfect for our welcome party (~145 people) and the barn was perfect for our reception (~175 people). The getting ready areas at the barn and blue ridge studio near the house were perfect for the wedding party (the blue ridge studio is what the girls used and it was huge!). We also rented out the 11 manor rooms and 3 cabins on property which allowed us to have 60+ people stay locally on site (family, friends, and the entire wedding party) – a huge perk since the wedding party didn’t have to travel to and from the venue over the weekend! We originally toured the property in late 2023 (with the owner, Biff) and immediately fell in love with the setting. We had toured a couple other properties in the DMV region, but we were blown away with Rosemont and all the planning that went in to their facilities (indoor back-up locations in the event of inclement weather for the ceremony, back-up generators, etc.).
Celebrations Hospitality is the caterer that you have to use through Rosemont, but no need to fear because both their food and service was incredible. We did a buffet style meal for the rehearsal dinner and a plated meal for the reception, and both were exceptional (we continue to hear from guests how great the food was). David is who we worked with through Celebrations and he was super easy to work with!
Another benefit of Rosemont is that you can supply your own alcohol to be served by the Celebrations Hospitality bartenders, which is a HUGE cost-savings opportunity. All you have to do is pay $40 for an ABC Banquet License (can easily be done online) and pay a one-time $500 alcohol handling fee to Rosemont. We brought everything in ourselves (beer and wine from total wine in Leesburg and liquor from the ABC Store in Leesburg)!
Sarah was our assigned planner through Rosemont (her services were included as part of the package we booked) and was with us from the start of the process all the way through day-of execution, and she did a fantastic job!

Historic Rosemont Manor is an absolute gem! We recently shot a wedding here, and it was amazing. The manor’s timeless elegance and beautiful views made the perfect backdrop. The staff is exceptional, making everything smooth and enjoyable. We loved all the hidden nooks and stunning gardens—it made capturing moments so magical.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a gorgeous, historic venue.
Thanks for having us, Rosemont!

My wife and I were recently married at Historic Rosemont Springs. My wife and I were abundantly taken care of by the Rosemont staff. Specifically, our amazing wedding coordinator, Collette Hawes. She was absolutely incredible, was with us every step of the way and helped us with anything my wife or I needed. My wife and I are very thankful she was able to share our special night with us. Mrs. Hawes even helped me set up a wonderful surprise for my wife and it was incredible.
Rosemont Manor was a once in a lifetime place to celebrate my wife's and I marriage. Just down the road from the beautiful Saint Bridget of Ireland Catholic Church, we celebrated our marriage with the beautiful landscape of the Rosemont Manor. The Barn was fabulous, and it was gorgeously set up by Mrs. Hawes and the Rosemont Manor staff.
I wouldn't change a single thing about my wife's, and I special night and that is all thanks to Mrs. Hawes, Rosemont Manor, its wonderful staff, and its wonderful landscape.

We had our Indian wedding at Rosemont Manor in June this year and it was without a doubt the most spectacular day. HUGE shoutout to our Rosemont planner Monica who went above and beyond the day of and planning the days leading up. We received so many compliments from all of our guests about the venue/grounds, the staff, and the day went off without a hitch. The team is very well versed in Indian weddings and the ability to bring in outside catering was huge for us. We cannot recommend Rosemont Manor enough as a wedding venue.

The Historic Rosemont Manor is an exceptional wedding venue with a superior team to match. We felt so valued throughout the planning process, and our wedding weekend at Rosemont exceeded every expectation. With their beautiful on-site housing, we were even able to have roughly 90 guests stay on the grounds! This unique offering allowed for an unforgettable reunion with our loved ones we will not soon forget. We cannot recommend this location and the people who work here enough.

My husband Nicolas and I were married at the Historic Rosemont Manor September 1st, 2023. Bill was the first person we met and he immediately sold my husband off of the history of the manor alone. Each room was named after someone who stayed in the room. And in the conference center there are cases of items found on the grounds. Bill was personable and realistic with every aspect of the planning. We chose to stay for 2 nights with our immediate family and bridal party and it was the best 2 days of my life. Everything was flawless, the vibe the entire time was unmatched and all the staff including our wedding planner Sarah made our wedding weekend something I’ll never forget. The catering required for the weekend through celebrations was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue. We will be back to visit this beautiful place!

Rosemont is the perfect place for an extra special B&B stay or for a wedding! My husband & I got married here a number of years ago. Everything was just perfect down to every last detail. It's most perfect historic venue for your Virginia wedding!

My first tea! Perhaps not my last… :) I think what made the experience so pleasant besides the yummy food, great company, and tea, was the young girl pouring our tea. I admired how she kept her smile the whole service, very attentive, and so kind. I couldn’t imagine the pressure. Thank you Stella.

I would like to start this review that the venue itself is beautiful, although it is on the pricier side. I originally booked Historic Rosemont Manor for a wedding date in 2020 (paid in full by then), but then COVID hit and I needed to postpone the wedding. I was informed by the venue that I would be allowed to have any wedding date as long as it was a weekday, or within 120 days for a weekend date. I am in the military and this provided some frustration with the inability to really plan for a wedding date in a normal timeline. After two deployments, I finally was able to determine a date with Rosemont. I am grateful I was able to have my wedding without losing the money I paid for the venue and the venue-provided wedding planner. I was not given a new contract until I asked multiple times, and it took them 17 days to provide a contract. This new contract included a “Non-disparagement” clause, which by definition is when a contract prohibits a party from leaving a negative review for the performance of services rendered. They never asked for the contract back, so I never ended up signing it, leaving me with a 2-year old contract that did not have this restriction. On top of booking the property as the venue, Rosemont requires use of their wedding planning services (an additional fee). Knowing I was going to be deployed prior to my 2020 wedding, I purchased the “Gold Package” (top package they offered, very expensive) which included “Partial Planning + 180-Day wedding coordination.” The amount of wedding planning help I received was minimal, and was only provided after persistently asking questions for help. I was only given a handful of planning meetings and the Wedding Planner was so hard to get a hold of and seemed like every other thing he had going on was more important than helping plan my wedding; he did have medical issues at some point, which I sympathize with, but the venue could have easily provided a different wedding planner to ensure my wedding was not impacted by a single individual having medical problems. On top of being hard to get a hold of, the wedding planner did a very poor job of retaining information that I gave him, this ranged from answering his questions to just informing him of specific details; this became incredibly frustrating to continuously have to repeat myself even though he had the information in writing via our email discussions. Due to the difficulties I ran into with the wedding planner, I had to hire a second one. It was night and day on what services she provided vs what I had been getting up to this point. She was considered the “secondary” planner but she was doing all of the planning and was the only thing that kept me sane while trying to work with Rosemont's wedding planner. The venue also charged a fee for every small addition. They charge for day-of lunch, even if you’re getting it delivered; I also only brought the alcohol day of, and they wanted to charge $500 due to the "increase of liability coverage placed on Rosemont by [their] insurance company” I discussed this with some of the other vendors and they had never heard of someone doing this. All decoration was a fee and they did not provide people to put the decor together even when I had provided all of the pieces; my second wedding planner and my family were the ones that set everything up.Altogether, although Historic Rosemont Manor is beautiful, I would not recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding in Berryville, VA. I would also actively warn against using their wedding planning services due to the terrible experience I had with them.
