Drove from DC to visit after calling to ensure that the building would be open from 11 to 4 on Friday. Arrived to find signs saying "Welcome - Come in" but the door was locked. On the door was a little cardboard clock with the message: "Be back at" and the clock showed 3 pm! Drove out for nothing.
