“Hello Publix! I would like to bring to your attention a young women in your employ named "Shea". She really came to my aide when I showed up at the store wanting to shop there and have my groceries delivered to my home. Shea handled EVERYTHING; and it was not an easy task. But she stuck with it while maintaining a calm demeanor and a very pleasant attitude. She got my order in through Instacart and I cannot thank her enough! What a phenomenal young woman; what a fantastic store. Instacart's shopping and delivery were terrible though. Too many missing items and poor substitutions in my order. They left coffee out completely! Now I will run out before Monday! Horrible service Instacart!”

“Delicious! The falafel bowl was full of flavor. Beets, pickled onions, perfectly cooked basmati rice, hummus, cucumber, and three crunchy tasty falafel patties. I was full half way through- but it was so good (scraped the bowl lol). It was cozy and warm in there. It smelled like banana bread was baking. It was rainy and cold outside. The other patrons and staff were friendly. You should go. :)”

“Amazing shop. I was visiting Richmond for a mountain bike event and blew up my derailleur. 5 hour drive was almost for nothing. Their mechanic Jake dropped what he was doing and promptly hooked my injured bike up with a fresh upgrade on the spot. I was back on the trail mad fast and my trip was saved. The repair was perfect and the vibe of this shop was rad.”

“A couple weeks ago, Annette's special was chili. We had somewhere to go & would get it when we got back. She said she would save us an order as she didn't think it would be there. True to her word, sold out before we got back. Luckily she had ours! So good chili & corn bread ever. Shawn is a great guy too. So pleasant & Annette is such a good cook. Check then out!!!”

“This is Richmond's local Whole Foods. I love Ellwood Thompson's. I don't normally do my grocery shopping here because it's a bit pricey, but if you want some incredible local and natural goods with farmers market feels, this is a wonderful place for you. On my recent visit, I came to buy some organic and natural wines for incredible prices. They have a section with these wines that are under $15. I was amazed to find one of my favorite bottle's of wine for half the price I normally pay for it. The people that work here are incredible. I appreciate that employees can wear buttons with their pronouns. They do have a single stall bathroom too. I highly recommend checking out Ellwood Thompson's for affordable natural and organic wines.”

“I love this Trader Joe's. It's literally my favorite one in this area. I will say that it gets crowded now due to TikTok and social media. But they still move rather quickly to get the lines down. The flowers here are so beautiful and are reasonably priced. They honestly last so long. I love the staff here most of all. They're just so friendly and are extremely helpful. I enjoy seeing some of my faves weekly like Amani and Phil (I call him my wine guy, he knows EVERYTHING). The store is clean, they have all the best stuff and the staff is just amazing. What more could you ask for?!”

“This Food lion is fantastic, They always have full stock and it looks good. It's never too busy and they always have the perfect amount of staff. My only gripe is exited the south side entrance. If traffic is busy you're not turning left without taking it on two wheels and throwing everything in your car around, it's better to just turn right there and flip around. Anyway love this Food lion, it's worth the crazy traffic?”
