I have never been here before but I seen that there was a pet store in this area. So I just called them to see if they wanted to buy some Boston terrier puppies. I did not know that they did not sell cats or dogs here which is fine. It’s there a store and they could do what they want , but what is not OK is when someone calls they don’t even give an introduction when they pick up the phone. And then what is not OK is that I was spoken to like I was a problem or I was going to give them a problem. I just find that level of rudeness unacceptable. Maybe people have better in Store experience with them instead of over the phone.

Went and got my 15 month old puppy to get her nails clipped. She won't let me do it. They were fast and did an excellent job. I'll definitely be going back.

They are super friendly and knowledgeable. The owner helped me with my guinea pigs when I was unsure of grooming procedures. They have just recently expanded their store and have many more options than even before such a relief to have as they are the only pet supply business for 30 min either direction of Exmore. So glad to have them around. The owner goes above and beyond for her love animals. It's truly inspiring ?

Got my sweet bunny from here. We Decided to name her patches. And she’s the sweetest bunny ever. She already runs to me when I come into the room. Very happy bun bun indeed. Thank you for all the advice and tips. She’s doing great so far. ☺️☺️☺️❤️❤️
