In an age and time where customer service is a dying are, the sales and management team of Virgina Furniture Market go above and beyond to take care of and meet the needs of their customers based on my own personal experience. Not only that, their prices probably cannot be beat! The sales team took their time to understand my needs and got with the management team to accommodate my needs or concerns to the best of their ability. For that, I rewarded their company by purchasing two bedroom sets; didn't want to go anywhere else. Thanks again to the Sales and Management team of the Bedford, VA store for going above and beyond.

Yesterday, I had my second wonderful experience at Virginia Furniture Market. I was looking for a recliner for my husband, who is about to have surgery. The sales rep took time to show me multiple options and truly listened to what I was asking for. We eventually found the perfect recliner. Once we finished the transaction, the sales rep and the manager loaded the recliner into my vehicle very carefully and gave me instructions on what I need to do when I get home. I look forward to shopping here in the future!

Lesley was amazing! She answered all of my questions (sometimes the same question several times), was professional, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products we were shopping for. She handled all aspects of our sale professionally and really put us at ease and excited about our purchase!
Update: Once again Lesley handled all our questions and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for!! She is our permanent go to at VFM!!

My husband and I bought a leather sofa and a recliner here during the Memorial Day Sale, and we are very pleased. Lesley was extremely helpful in finding pieces that we both would be happy with. I like their protection plan, so we also bought it. The staff was super friendly, right down to the delivery men. It was such a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them!
