Wayne was very proficient and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He stayed later than his work hours to finish the job he started. Kylin helped with adding a line on for my daughter. He was also very knowledgeable. They both did a great job.

This Verizon store is like no other! Wayne provided exceptional customer service! He was very patient and fully explained everything in a clear, concise, manner. I didn’t feel pressured once to buy anything. Wayne helped me identify a better plan for my needs and helped me understand benefits that were available to me! It’s customer service like Wayne provided that will keep me coming back to this location!

Made an appointment online for 2 pm and was not assisted until 2:45. Salesperson very polite and apologetic, but he was the only employee in the store and said the appointment system wasn’t functional. Another employee had been sent home because it was slow earlier.

I called Verizon on Wednesday they sent me to the Bedford store to switch my service over from another company First I get there there’s a sign on the door saying they won’t be back until 2:00 from break I waited 1 hour & 45 minutes and finally a Verizon employee got out of his car opened the door . I waited another 15 minutes while he was waiting on another customer to have him tell me I had to go to another store because they couldn’t switch phone company’s which I found out was not true cost me time and money for missed work . Westlake Verizon has a lot better customer service I would not recommend Bedford store to anyone

I highly recommend avoiding any Victra Verizon location. I went to this store on August 1st to trade in my phone and switch from sprint. They promised me a better deal because I was eligible for a business account, as well as having a phone that qualified for a sizeable credit to go towards my bill. Numerous visits, texts, calls to the store and even higher ups at Victra, I never received the credit for my trade-in. My bill has not been fixed and it's been over 4 months. I keep getting put on the back burner because their "promotional manager" has to fix it. This promotional manager may as well not exist. 0/5 star experience.
