If I could give negative stars I would. Do not get any service through Angelica at all. She’s very unprofessional and has NO clue how to do her job.
Update: the store “ owner “ or whatever he is is no better! Moral of the story stay clear of this store if you want to deal w unprofessional people who lack any customer service skills as well as any knowledge of their “ job “.

I went in with my grandma and they were amazing. They were respectful and kind. And helped my grandmother find the right phone fit. I personally do not have us cellular but I am seriously thinking about it. Thank you Matt and Nathan!!

I went in there and Tyler was excellent he helped me pay my bill and all and got me two upgrades with less then what I was paying before and don’t forget the store manager he was very helpful too

I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting for them to open because the DOOR SAY 12PM-5PM SUNDAY! WHY HAVE THAT WHEN YOU KNOW YOURE NOT OPEN SUNDAY!?

Do you understand this is slander? You Should not make false statements on the internet especially if you are looking for your next job to replace the one you just got terminated from. Us cellular is a good place to work because they maintain good staff members. They do not tolerate foolishness and had every right to do what they feel necessary. Life's hard but only if you make it . Just a good word of wisdom.

DO NOT WORK HERE ! I hit my 1 year mark and was unlawfully terminated for “throwing away a broken stapler and saying “omg†infront of a customer. She will start you out at 8 an hour, promise a raise and you will not get it. When short staffed I was scheduled 55 hours a week and Queen Been was scheduled 35. Her biological sister is “the secret supervisorâ€, Queen Bee. This place has a horrible turnover rate and favoritism/drama from the owner Doris Jacobs is just not worth it. Come on now, Walmart starts out at $11 an hour ! Food Lion pays more then U.S Cellular 😂
