Jim, who is the manager we have been working with, has been super helpful and friendly. We just rented a larger unit and he was great to work with. “Great little place that has secure surroundings a little too high price for the storage unit size and they need to put up a sign that says you cannot get out after 10pm it says no access after 10pm but doesn't say you can't get out just in its confusing I got caught inside after 10pm and had to wait 45 minutes to be let out of the gate to me access means no entry going in the gate not leaving so I was rearranging my belongings and lost track of time it's my fault I guess but a little clarification on the sign would be nice I know for sure you can't get out but maybe it'll save someone else from having to sit there for almost a hour before they can be let outta the gate I mean if they can let me out the gate after 10pm then they ought to know that I was inside on the security cameras for sure but it's a good safe place to store your belongings and be there after dark if need to be there after dark!!!!!!”
