“Had a bbq emergency and my pellet grill stopped working. Jeff Burnette at Lowes was the answer. I called Jeff and said hey i need a pellet grill now and cheap. He said i got you 20 mins later i was back home with my upgraded pitt boss pro and back on track. A little delay in time for the cook off and bbq was saved. When in doubt call jeff at lowes he saved me tons and tons of money on a product that fit my needs. He got me all my discounts helped loaded it and followed up to make sure i had no questions and knew how to work it and said if i need help with the pitt boss app and cant figure it out to give him a call.
