We rented from them for a couple of years, they don’t do any sort of rodent control, all we had in our unit was furniture, yet kept finding rice, paper shredding, and feces droppings. At one point, we got behind a month, they put their extra lock on it, which we understood, our fault, however, once we paid it in full, it took them almost two weeks to take their lock off, which we then had to go inside and make them do it. We had decided to empty it, so we told them we would be out by the end of the month, on the last day, we emptied it but forgot to bring a broom, we went the next day, they had already cleaned it out, said there was rice in it and we wouldn’t get our deposit back. We just think it’s wrong to keep our deposit when they don’t do rodent control, their job (taking the lock off) yet, in order to keep someone’s money, they went out of their way for that. As well as when I tried to talk to the associate, she didn’t offer to talk to anyone, acted as if she didn’t know anything, but immediately said there was rice in the unit.
