This service team is amazing!! They were very professional, diagnosed the problem with my truck, ordered the parts, and got it fixed quickly. I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise, particularly since this is my first electric vehicle. It gives me peace of mind to know that this team is here and ready to help!

Took vehicle because needed warranty work. Warranty work not completed with excuse of, "couldn't duplicate concern". End of story. Found plenty of things to do work on and chatge for. I have a reasonable mechanic for regular maintenance. Not the dealership.

Please have your service dept stop telling customers that their vehicle will be ready when they have no idea when the ordered parts will be in. This has happened the last two times my vehicle has been in for repairs. Be honest . Say you don't know or at least cal when they don't arrive .
