“I tried to get Boone Tractor service to call me back concerning picking up my tractor for repair. Nothing. Called several times for a week and a half but more excuses and got the run-around each time - no call back. Very concerning.
UPDATE: As requested, I contacted Boone Tractor. Manager Mike genuinely heard my issue and offered to correct it and he did. I was impressed with the professionalism and willingness to make it right. Thank you Mike!”

Was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up and noticed that they had re-striped the trim on both sides at no additional cost.”

Full Diagnosis for free, I came in with a Kia spectra with a bad muffler, bad brakes, bad power steering system, no door handle on drivers side, shifter issues and now I have muffler fixed and quiet as a mouse, new rear brakes/ rotors installed, power steering works awesome, shifter works normal again and door handle fixed. I was satisfied. Don’t hesitate to go to Josh! Try to work with him he only wants to make his customers happy! He sure took care of my car!”
