It's like a ghost town store. No customers only 2 female workers inside at front desk check out. Prices are kinda high with material inside. Have different sections but a lot of free space on the shelves. Hot food and deli area was dark lights out. The ladies were very nice. An elder lady training the younger female how to do the Uhaul check out. I needed to rent the Uhaul for a move. Took a little while but I had patience for her training. Anyways rented out a truck here was returning the truck to some other location near the new place. And this happened in the process. Cord reals came off the track and got all tangled up and Had to use these lids to prop it open all the way because the cords got tangled and would shut only 25% and I still had to unload. Called the Uhaul hotline, and they sent some tech gentleman out to us. Took him about an hour to get out to us. And let me tell you, ALWAYS PURCHASE THE ROADSIDE WARRANTY OR WHAT EVER THEY OFFER !!!!!! We did and I'm so happy we did!!!!!! No charge all taken care of. So the tech fixed it and it was read to go. I finished unloading before he got there. So it all worked out. I just wish Uhaul rental shops greased up the tracks and take a little more care of the rental trucks. When somebody brings back a truck clean it grease it and make sure all works properly. That's all just some advice. Anyways it was a lesson learned even though I got the road side assistance vehicle warranty with it for the rent, taught me to do it again and always! Haha. Cuz u never know what will happen down the road. ;)

I walked in there today and was shock to see that none of the people working were wearing a face mask which is mandatory in Virginia. It was bad enough that not one of the customer had masked on(except for me) but the ladies working there should have them on. Please think of your older customers that covid19 could kill if caught in your store. So put on a MASK

Very misleading, the advertised price is ten cents less than what the pump has. When I went in for an explanation the said “the sign was struck by lightning” and that if I wanted gas I would pay the pump price. I’ve come here since I was a kid but I’m very disappointed in the rapid decline the store has been on.

Great country store with a variety of things to choose from, which is convenient if you live close. The food here all fried but is delicious. The chicken sometimes is a little greasy and dried up, but when its fresh its hard to beat. The potatoe wedges are worth the stop, they are normally fresh with a light breading and not greasy.The store is aged and not the sharpest place for a convenience store. However, you have to learn that is what you should expect when shopping at older establishments. There is no reason to fret over it of the service is and prices are good. They sale fuel as well and is very reasonable and usually competes well with WaWa/Sheets who are in the area.

Honestly didn't expect much when I pulled up to this middle of nowhere gas station. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by three ladies. The restroom was very clean. I ended up getting a bbq sandwich before I got back on the road (I drive for a living) it was amazing! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, good food at great prices? Yep I will definitely stop by the next time I am out that way!

Sorry it isn't anything like Mr. Moore's or Mr. Kelly's grocery store twice was enough to decide I would travel further if I need to.
