I preface this this review as a walk-in My mother decided to take me out for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing as a birthday present before we go on vacation. I came in and let them know that I was seeking the above. I was told there would be a 10minute wait prior to the pedicure which was no problem as it gave me time to pick out my nail color. Shortly after a lady had me come back and got started on my pedicure which I thought was great and relaxing especially with the massage chair. Upon completion I thought it was a little weird they did not take me to the table to dry my nails but instead used a box fan to dry them (i know it has been years since I had a pedicure but didn't think that much changed in that time). However, I didn't complain. Now! Once they were done with the pedicure I reminded them I needed my eyebrows waxed. They said it would be another short wait which again was fine as I knew I was a walk in. Mind you, I assume there was only one person this day that could do it but during my pedicures I saw her stop doing nail extensions and take other walk-ins to do waxing. Over 30 minutes later I inquire with the pedicurist and she said she would be with my shortly so I continued to wait. In the meantime another nail appointment came in as she was finishing her current client and was still picking out nail colors. My pedicurist and this technician were talking with each other before the pedicurist came over to me and said she would not be able to get to me anytime soon. What? I understand you had another client come in however, anyone who has ever been to a nail salon knows that they accept walk-ins and will have to step away from you to help someone else. The icing on the cake was when I got home I was sitting cross legged on the couch and went to look at my nails and noticed that some of the nails weren't completely done to the end of the nail and one even had a section that looked like a 2nd coat wasn't completely done on it as it was lighter than the other part. I have been hear many times growing up in the area which is why I selected this one over the other 2 in the area. However, after this they have lost my business.

This place sucks. They gave me good price over phone, in store at checkout raised it by 40$!!! Poor hygiene! No gloves, masks, eating then working on my feet. ?Services: Gel manicures

Just walked in here literally still in the parking lot. The people were willing to take me until the second I told them I wanted to also get my daughter (4 years old) nails painted as well and then they told me too busy come back. No thanks don’t think I will. Obviously not child friendly. Just letting y’all know.

Today my friend and I came in, first off the lady told my friend to pay before she even did her nails; which surprised me honestly since you should never pay unknowingly without seeing the quality. Even too that the lady hadn’t started on her nails as she asked that. The guy who did mine hadn’t bothered to ask me that. However I had dip on my nails when I walked in and I asked to get them removed and the guy legit took a fake nail and tried to take it off my nails. I had indicated TWICE that it was hurting from what he was doing and no response both times.?

Excellent salon! I get a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My fingernails are weak and flimsy and the salon uses an extra strong gel to help. They always go the extra mile.

I had fills done by a guy there. He didn't even do the normal dremel process that others do. Mine...ALL off before 2 weeks. I just had a brand new set out on in Florida at a very reputable spot. Total sham and total shame.

Loved the nails. They Look very natural. They did an awesome job. I went for a pedicure and decided to do my nails. The young man that did them was very gentle and came out a bit long for my taste but overall I liked them a lot.
