If Newport is $7.72 per pack, and $2.50 OFF when you buy 2, why does my receipt say $18.70 for 2??? I bought 10 packs and it cost me $88 and change because cashier only gave me $11 dollars and change of which I gave her $5 as tip... When I questioned the math, she said she can't change stuff from register that I'd have to call. I have receipts....

The service there sucks. I ordered chicken tenders and potato wedges. I stood there and watched the girl doing the order fill every one else order but mine. I finally had to ask about my order after waiting 15 minutes. She had to ask me what I ordered, then told me I had to wait because she used all the wedges to fill everyone's else's order. We stopped there because we had heard how good the chicken is, but I will NEVER stop there again.

I have never see all the trash that was outside in my life I told the shift lead and they said the overnight will do it if you don't care about the front of your store more than that I'm never going back there just absolutely terrible

While driving through the area on a weekday I stopped in for their convenience store. The store is nicely stocked and has lots of food options. Plenty of snacks and some interesting beef jerky too. Prices are slightly high though. But the place was clean and very easy to get in and out of.

Unsanitary, Rude, worst Royal Farms I've ever been too. It's on my way home from DC and made the mistake of stopping today. Renae as she identified herself as rude to most everyone and clearly over her position as manager. Furthermore seems then aren't empowered to do anything to rectify service issues as they fear for the jobs. Bathrooms are consistently disgusting and wreak of rancid urine that hasn't been remediated in years. Takes everything in me not to throw up when using it. The GM and owner here clearly take no pride in this business.

We were on a road trip with a couple hours to go and our map showed this store would be on the way. Car had plenty of gas, so to make the stop as quick as possible we passed a phone around and placed an order on the app. 10 minutes later we walked into the store and our order hadn't been started.
There were almost no other customers in the store, but it seemed like time passed slower behind that counter than in the outside world. I won't mention the iced coffees the staff put together at the self-serve station -- but ordering drinks on the app was a terrible miscalculation.
We walked to our car 19 minutes after pulling in and almost 30 minutes after placing the order. Then we saw the Sheetz across the road. Better luck next time.

This is possibly the worse Royal Farms I have been In.
The isles are jammed up with stock that is never put away and the mens bathroom is nasty and never gets cleaned..

The recipe changed with the chicken. It is now mildly spicy when it was NOT spicy before. Why mess with a good thing.

When we first got here all outside trash cans were overflowing, but I'm sure they get a lot of traffic so I can understand how that gets backed up, what is my main issue and why I will probably stop elsewhere next time I come through is that none of the bathrooms have a place to change a baby. I wasn't the only person looking for a spot.
