Kim is amazing as always!!!
Stylist: Kim always goes above and beyond. The gel on my hands wasn’t match the regular color on my toes so she looked for the correct color to make sure it matched!! She didn’t want me to look silly when I teach my yoga classes. Love her❤️

Initially I was not going to write about my experience today (regarding false advertised pricing), but I felt people should know the pros and cons related to my recent experience at Natural Nails prior to visiting.
Services I received today were, basic gel pedicure (listed online as $30), and a gel fill (listed on business website as $35).
Total changed was $104.00 (including the merchant service charge of $4).
Pricing Pro: Online pricing appears to be competitive and reasonably priced.
Pricing Con: Online pricing did not reflect the overall charge for the services rendered.
Service Nail Pro: The owner did my nails and even offered to fix a pinky nail free!
The nails looked beautiful when finished.
Service Nail Con: I was over charged for the service by $15.00.
Cleanliness is over good
Service Pedicure Basic Pro: Online pricing appeared extremely reasonable at $30.
The finished results were alright.
Service Pedicure Basic Con:
Over charged for the basic package (listed online and within the salon package list).
Salon appears to itemize service without notice to the client prior to performing the service (IE: cut toenails as apart of pedicure packing?).
Gel polish is an extra fee not listed or advertised anywhere within the website or salon package list.
I want to ensure folks understand what the two stars are for, since the finished product looked good and I was offered a promissory reimbursement of $15 for the next service...
1. Being over charged
2. Having been lied to about who owns the business (Steve) over the phone when inquiring about my concerns.
Hopefully this helps individuals manage expectations prior to visiting.

The first 2 times where 5. I went today 6/26/24. And I am not happy. The tech had nails so long she could not even do her job. She did not shape my toe nails and did not even file my pinky toes. Getting a pedicure is a Big Treat for me. I am very unhappy and won't be back.

Everyone is always great. I usually see Steve. But recently have found my way to Sofia. I had the pleasure of multiple services with Sophia. She keeps a Wonderful conversation, welcoming and she did a wonderful job. Thank you so much!
Cleanliness: The salon is very clean and organized. Sofia thrives to make the space inviting and comfortable.
Stylist: Sofia is a top notch nail tech with amazing customer service and truly wants everyone to leave pleased weather in her chair or not. That spoke to volumes to me.

Kim and Steve are just fabulous. Their warm and engaging demeanor draws you in, and their talent and care bring you back! Steve’s humor and candor make for a fun and relaxing experience, as does Kim’s true kindness and good nature. They seek to advise in such a way as to save you money (incredible!) and provide services/options that are best for the health of your nails. Kim’s artisanry and attention to detail is only matched by her courtesy and kindness. I have finally found my home nail salon in Bealeton!! And I’m so grateful. You won’t regret your visit… especially with Steve in the house!?

Very neat clean place. Reasonable prices. Me and my husband came here. We really liked having Merari and Lauren. They both did a great job and they just started their career in this profession. First time visiting. Did a great job on waxing eyebrows and my pedicure went great. She got all the dead skin off my feet really well and gave a great massage with hot towels

I love this shop. I’ve been going for a few years to them, but I recently changed management and it’s been for the better. The shop is clean the owner so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Sofia.

Couldn't even get my nails done while in town from out of state because my mom had an issue with her service, and they decided to avoid “future issues” they would not do mine. I sat quietly and did nothing to them while they disrespected my mom and had attitude when she had a gel manicure that they did half a** job on, did no cuticle treatment and her gel polish peeled off after only a week. They were rude to her even when she just said “it was okay just do my daughters nails” and the lady tried to have someone else tell her they couldn't do my nails. She couldn't even say it herself. They egged my mom on to make her upset when when she wanted them to just drop it. If you ever have an issue dont bother saying anything because they dont care and will be EXTREMELY RUDE
