Started my short car shopping journey with Isaac and then Moses took the reins and helped me complete the sale quickly, easily, and with great efficiency. Super responsive, answered all my questions with little delay, and worked the process very fast with me. Great job guys! Car showed up this morning and I'm very happy.

We didn't actually buy a car here : we were in our way up North in a U-haul van when we had a problem with a wiper. We stopped here and the guy was just SO HELPFUL! If they are like that with random people who were not looking for a vehicle, I think they would be good to deal with!

I wanted to give 5, but they sold me my suv without informing me they stripped the plug on the oil pan or broke something under the hood. Overall, i love my suv, but when u contacted them to resolve the issue of getting an oil change, everyone acted clueless. Have had my vehicle a full 3 weeks and already have to come out of pocket for semi major repair. I sent them invoiced from the 2 places I tried to get my vehicle serviced along with a video of the maintenance that I couldn't receive due to something they caused. I got nothing but the run sind from both Eddy and Diane/Diana. I really thought you all were going to be honest & and trustworthy. Turns out yall ain't no better than any other car lot salesmen. If anyone pitches a vehicle from yall moving forward, I pay they have an actual mechanic with them. But after purchasing I have to spend almost 2-3k for misc repairs that yall should've had fixed before I came and picked up my vehicle because you had ample of time to make it before I finalize my purchase. One thing about a VW is going to tell you when it needs to be serviced as well as what it needs. Wish I would've just gone back to actual VW to make my vehicle purchase. At least nothing would've been coming out of my pocket so soon for repairs. Then they kept asking for the same info repeatedly like I had a reason to lie.

Put a 500$ deposit down on a car, showed up two days later to pick it up and it had an airbag light on, and they wouldn't give the deposit back, or budge on the overall price.
We showed up at this place to buy a 2013 Acura. The car was overpriced for what it was, plus the dealership fees, but oh well that's how dealerships go. We put a 500$ deposit on the car, and came back two days later to find the airbag light was on when we went to go drive it one last time before buying it, thank god we did. Our salesman, Musa I think, was a nice guy, but overall I'd say to steer clear of this place, they wouldn't even give us back the deposit when we came back to a broken car. Either something happened to the car between the two days, or something had happened to the car before we got to it, and they tried, and failed, to cover it up.
