We have filed with H& R Block in the past. But this year we had an exceptional tax representative. Amber Slaubaugh was friendly and by far our most knowledgeable rep we have ever had to help us file our taxes. We literally dropped off the package and everything was handled quickly and correctly. Great communication via email when she needed to follow up with us. She is very professional and efficient at her job.
