“I grew up in this area but now live in Florida. I am visiting family this week and came by this store this morning to pick up some supplies for my niece’s tenth birthday. The store was well stocked and had every little thing I needed for a big birthday breakfast celebration. Unfortunately, this meant I got a LOT of items. Cart was overflowing. The cashier, Zachary, made the checkout process so easy and so seamless, however, that it ended up being one of the easiest checkout experiences of my life. He was kind, patient, professional, efficient, competent. The world needs more Zacharys. Everyone in the store was friendly to me but special shout out to Zachary for making this experience so simple and pleasant. 10/10.”

“I am impressed with Food Lion's quick help with an online order. Last week, I had several issues with the app and missing items, items I did not want, etc. I let Food Lion know and they were beyond courteous in helping rectify the issue. While last week I was hesitant to order online for pick up again, I will definitely continue to use the service because of the great customer support they offered. Thank you!”
