These folks went above and beyond! I was traveling and needed a prescription re-filled for my dog. They had 2 people working on getting it called into a Walmart in Colorado. The prescription was filled within 1 hour!!

Dr Roberto Torres’Diaz is an amazing man and really cares about the animals he sees. I been going to them since 2018 and will continue even though I moved out of the area. It’s definitely worth the drive to get the best care for my 3 pitbulls.

Hands down best vet office near me :) They have worked me in when one of my four dogs has had an emergent issue, and customer service is top notch. They have reached out if I’ve had any issues, would recommend to everyone. Always there when I need them :)

I was very satisfied with my experience here. The staff were very pleasant and the vet took time to treat and care for my pup the best he could while also making recommendations. My pup is doing so much better after our visit and the cost was great compared to other places I have went for a previous pet with similar issue.

My dog had an ulcer on his eye. Took him to Bassett Vetinary services, because regular vet wasn't in.
Waited a long time before being called back to another room to wait. Vet came in took my dog in another room . Brought him back to say eye ulcer " will send meds for him recheck in 5 Days"
They gave me an appointment for 7days, saying I'm giving you this appointment. We will try to fit you in." When the day came, the office called to reschedule appointment for 2 days later.i just said to cancel appointment.
I was never told exactly how to do his eye ointments. When giving 2 ointments it would be nice to know how far apart the ointments should be given.
This office was not very helpful with information.
I gave 1 star because at least I did get treatment for my dog.

I made an appointment. Waiting on the vet to come to work. He's 1 1/2 hour late. The vet wasn't to interested in what we had to say. He didn't have a bedside manner ?.

Had an appointment to have my 15 yr old chihuahua put down, my last experience went well when I had to put my parents dog down, my visit the other day was quite the opposite. Had my girls with me, the wait was over an hr..Finally was put in a room, trying to comfort my poor dog who was anxious....suddenly the girls out front in reception got extremely loud and laughing, carried on for a minute before I opened the door. Shut the door and it began again! When the vet came in, I told him it was extremely frustrating going through this ordeal while the girls at reception were acting like a bunch of teenagers! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!! He apologized then carried on to give my dog her shot. That was the most upsetting experience I've dealt with at a vets office or any facility for that matter

went to take my puppy in for the first time ever as she’s 8 weeks old, they had me wait around as i had a appointment. i had let them know i have social anxiety and yet i was made to wait in the office when all the old people weren’t forced to in any way. after a hour after my appointment time of just waiting i decided to leave. I understand they take walk ins but i had an appointment. Do not recommend if you have a life, and may have something to do after. they don’t care for appointments clearly or for the safety of other dogs as my puppy could have parvo or anything really, i wouldn’t know. she could’ve been exposed to parvo given they just have new puppies in the building in a wait area for OVER A HOUR
