Our salesman, Darrel was great. Any questions he wasn’t sure of he found out for us immediately regarding the EV9. The entire sales team including Reece were beefy nice, knowledgeable, & helped to fit us into our new EV9. We are very happy with our purchase from Nelson Kia.

Nelson Subaru went above and beyond to correct driver's side window distortion by replacing window twice. Shout out to Eddie and Marian who worked to get the window replaced.

Had my engine light come on right before we went on vacation...they were able to fix it while we were out of town and thankfully it was under warranty! Great service and kept in touch with me through text messages while we were gone!

Bought car in 2013 and continue to have problems with mechanics cross threading nuts on the wheel lugs every time they rotate the tires. Luckly Nelson Subaru replaces the lugs and nuts free of charge. They also over tighten the nuts so much that I would never be able to put on my spare if i had a tire problem on the road.
Their car wash is great.
