I Went for a trim because I'm growing my hair long and she cut my hair in layers and it's all different lengths now. Avoid this place unless you want your hair ruined.

Had an appointment. Old girl told if I could not make it. Call a head. Which I did 4 minutes before my schedule appointment. Then she hangs up on me call that professionalism. Mind over matter. Figure the rest out.

My complaint is that the lady that cut my hair insulted the quality of my hair over 5 times in the 15 minutes I was there. I used to color my hair a lot and it is definitely damaged. I admitted that from the get go. I just wanted a quick trim and she didn't even follow those directions properly. Maybe she could have cut my hair properly if she wasn't constantly insulting me. UPDATE!! I had my husband fix my hair, like I was going to do originally. Should had stayed away from that lady. Maybe everyone else is great. Not who I had.

Cassie ( Beware If you're a beautiful young Woman). She runs her mouth too much about the condition of your hair. My wife cut her own hair where it came to a gentle downward point at her spine. My wife really loved it but the edges were not even and needed to be cleaned up. Those were the specific instructions given. being some kind of control freak or something Cassie decided to cut it off even in the back saying "It didn't look natural". Just so you know you can press charges for "Battery" if someone does something to your body you didn't give them permission to do.
