Sent almost $2,000 electric recliner back under warranty for squeaky headrest. Lugged heavy chair to store. Gone for weeks. Still squeaks! Happy retirement present!!Sad thing is we bought two. I will not buy this brand again.

I purchased furniture from Bassett 4.5 years ago. The accent chair that cost me $979 is now thread bare and there are holes in the seat. I was told that "normal" wear/tear is not covered on fabric after 1 year.

Great company with wonderful people. Loved the offices and the beautiful scenery around the corporate offices. Great customer service representatives in this location who will do there best to listen and help.
