I had service don at Nelson Kia for recalls. I kept calling the local dealership where I live and could never get a call back. I arrived a little early but the car was taken back. Waited and everyone was so nice and pleasant. Service department lady explained about the recalls and told me what they were gonna do. I also got a free car wash.

It has been eleven days and I am still waiting on parts, so they say, they never return my calls and never update me on why they will have my vehicle for three weeks when they told me it would be 3 to 5 days, nothing but silence on their end.

I have dealt with them a few times and been royally SCREWED twice. Buyer beware! They will have you so far upside down on a deal that you can't get out of it, even with them!?!?Then they will bait you back into the store, claiming to give them a chance to "fix it," and then hand you your keys back in the end.My Mom taught Barry Nelson. I never asked for any favoritism, just a square deal.They own every dealership in town, except one. A real monopoly: they know it, and do business just like it.Save yourself the trouble. Go to Greensboro, it's worth the hour ride.Never buying from them again...

I have to say I am very disappointed in Nelson Ford. I purchased my Nissan Rogue 5 months ago along with an extended warranty, have drove a little over 5,000 miles and the front tires that were new when I purchased it now have wire coming through on the inside. We contacted them about the issue and was told that we must have hit a "pothole" and they would not correct the frontend alignment. I'm sorry, but if I hit a pothole that big, my bumper would still be on the side of the road. One would think that a company would stand behind their "extended" warranty that was supposed to cover "bumper to bumper"! You know how companies stay in business, happy customers, repeat customers not by ripping them off or screwing them over!
