Had a reservation for an exam that never got confirmed but they took the time to arrange the next best time for me that day. I needed new glasses today but they couldn't get the lenses ready in time, so they told me LensCrafters would have it.
Really nice and patient people who just want to help. That's what counts.

I had a follow-up appointment at VisionWorks with Dr. Amir Ahmadi, O.D., and his fantastic team, including Jibriel and Collin, and it went as smoothly as the first time. Their consistent care for my eyes is truly appreciated.
They discovered a hole in my retina, which was partially detached. Following Dr. Ahmadi’s urgent advice, I called immediately and had the reattachment procedure done at 8 AM Wednesday morning.
I started seeing eye doctors in 2018 when I got insurance. In 2021, I had trouble focusing, and three different prescriptions didn't help. So, I tried VisionWorks. Dr. Ahmadi diagnosed me as far-sighted and prescribed a single contact lens that solved my issues.
One week after the discovery, we are already back on track, saving me a lot of money and heartache. I never worried about my eyes before, but I could have lost one. From the bottom of my heart—THANK YOU.

I went in 1 hour ago to see about getting my glasses adjusted. The lady did an amazing job and my glasses no longer fall off my face! They didn't even charge me. I wish I got her name so I could shout her out!

Easy access to schedule appointment and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Doctor took the time to explain each eye exam.

I have been at my “EYE DOCTOR” for a while. It was nice! Now I am told I was misdiagnosed and have a much bigger concern I didn’t know about. ?
Please come here instead. It’ll save you a TON of stress.

I loved the attention they gave me at this optician, my English is still very bad and they looked for a way to communicate with me so I could do an excellent visual exam, their attention and everything was excellent now I'm just waiting for my new glasses ?

Excellent experience! Staff were knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Optometrist was also excellent, checked my current eyeglass prescription, explained exam results clearly, and gave me plenty of time and thoughtful attention to my questions. Highly recommend. (Didn’t buy glasses there, only because my current glasses were free from a different optician, but I’ve bought glasses there before and was very satisfied).

Everyone here is wonderful! Professional. Friendly. Helpful. Spent a lot of time with me because I have some not ordinary eye problems. Colin spent a lot of time ensuring my glasses were perfect.
