“Picked up a sweet glove at the Arlington Little League Opening Day Ceremonies - but wasn't yet able to use it as I'm recovering from an injury. Moving around better now and began to break in my glove and found a defect. Eric went out of his way to help me out. Told me to email him some photos to save a trip out to him. Confirmed with me that he received them. Updated me a couple hours later that he sent them to the glove rep and was waiting to hear back. Got back to me same night that they were going to credit him for the glove and he had another waiting for me at the store. Mini, Travis and Kimberly (Fit Experts) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism, expertise and extremely prompt amazing service! They took the time with passion to educate me on how to choose the right fit and so many other aspects of excellent foot health. They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. Their dedication to excellent customer education and service is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the Road Runner Sports brand! “Had a wonderful experience working with Pat here today. She conducted a gait and foot analysis, and tailor selected shoes for me to try on. I am relatively new to running and wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for — Pat did a fabulous job helping me identify what style of shoe would be best for me. She gave me her undivided care and attention, and I left with a wonderful pair of shoes. I just did my first test run and am very happy with the result. “Went in for a walk-in fitting with intentions to gain a little more knowledge as to what clubs to get. Being new to golf, I had no idea what to expect. I was greeted by the master fitter John and I could not have imagined a more ideal experience. My interaction with John far exceeded what I considered to be a “good customer service” interaction, as it was much more than that. John gave me genuine advice and didn’t make a point to sell me on anything. He explained to me what to look for in clubs as a beginner golfer, showed me in-store options as to what he would recommend, a list of irons to go home and research, and even a business card in case I stumbled upon any questions. John provided hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I look forward to returning in the future once I get a bit more advanced in my playing.”

“I'd give more stars if I could. I've been at this place to buy ski boots, poles, a gravel bike, and to get a bike repaired. Everything about each experience was fantastic. They fixed my gf's old bike for only about $100 even though it needed a lot of work. Also I think they price-matched my gravel bike to online vendors even though I didn't ask for a price match. I would highly recommend Sun & Ski sports and will I definitely go there for any future needs.”

On top of that, they are next to the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods I always go to, they have my kids' club team gear, and the guys who worked there actually recommended AGAINST buying a more expensive cleat for my kid based on her age and playing level.”
“Lacrosse unlimited is amazing. I go there every time I need my stick restrung. Their staff is so nice and so knowledgeable about the sport. I even once broke my stick the day before a game and needed a new one asap. We went there and got a new stick stung overnight right in time for my game. Awesome experience here definitely hit it up if your lacrosse player!”
“Walked in here because I wore Timbs before my girlfriend told me she wanted to the museums. Luckily Pacers was en route and I needed another pair of runners. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable. I stood on a mat to determine how my weight was distributed and he watched me walk #noddiddy. “I recently attended the Open Water Dive course, and really enjoyed the experience. First of all, the well organized shop, nice classroom, and enthusiastic, knowledgeable instructors gave me a great feeling of confidence. There were three instructors for a class of 8 students, so we all got lots of personal attention. There was enough classroom time to discuss the overall diving experience. The rental equipment was well fitted and worked great, the pool facilities were also the best (at a nearby Fairfax County rec center). I highly recommend them if you are interested in diving. And by the way, I'm 73 years old, so if I can do it, so can you!”
“The store is a little small but the gear they carry is quality. I have never run into the problem of not being able to find what I need. It is a bit on the pricy side because they mainly stock higher-end stuff. Finding affordable cleats, in particular, can be a somewhat challenging but I have been able to pick up a pair that my son liked for under $100 when we've shopped there. Given how much he plays and practices, it's important that he has good-fitting cleats, so it's worth spending a little extra. The staff are always nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this place if you are looking for quality equipment and good recommendations.”

“This REI is huge, way bigger than I expected based on the small front entrance area! There's so much in here, from shoes and boots, to kayaks and coats and repair services for bikes and more. I came to try on some shoes, and they had the model I wanted in multiple sizes so I was able to get the best fit. I also snagged some comfy sun sweatshirts to use hiking or on the water.”
