Customer service is the worst in United States the security guards are racist and very rude they don't know what the hell they're doing 1 cash register is working for a whole store manager is not on site the rudest staff ever they are racist they don't care about their job they harass customers even the manager don't care I advise you to go next door not to Ross I don't know how to explain to you guys how horrible is that place is from the managers to the security guard specially to the security guard he thinks that he owns the place and he talked so low his customer I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever shop at this place

"STOP BUYING AT ROSS"
They require you to be checkout showing the receipt, searching your bags of what it's inside. Common I don't pay membership in your store and "YOU SEE ME PAYING AT THE REGISTER" if you don't trust in your employees "cashiers" it's not my fault. You ROSS people don't know who's in front of you, we're people that serve the USA with proud and we are USA citizens that work very hard to spend our money in your store. For me bye bye Ross

Now I went shopping and I didn't realize the shirt I had bought had the chip. When you pass by, it sounds uncomfortable, these types of cashiers who don't realize what they are doing can put customers in difficulties. I came to the house and took it off but What a lack of professionalism.
