This REI is huge, way bigger than I expected based on the small front entrance area! There's so much in here, from shoes and boots, to kayaks and coats and repair services for bikes and more. I came to try on some shoes, and they had the model I wanted in multiple sizes so I was able to get the best fit. I also snagged some comfy sun sweatshirts to use hiking or on the water.

The staff are all nice and helpful, especially I wanna thank and appreciate a Mech there whom I asked for a discount for being a student, he just felt nice and shook hands and told me "Salamalikom, I got you". And after a few minutes he returned my bike fixed and I was even more delighted to notice that even some untold fixes were done for which I'm soooo grateful for him.
His nice behavior just got me and I wanna thank him for being a good guy!!!????????????

Love the employees and selection in this store but absolutely hate the parking lot and area. I will sometimes drive out of my way just to avoid the headache. It would be 10 stars if the location was different.

Not a good customer service experience. Staff was unresponsive to questions and stopped assisting to help others who arrived after. Will not return.

This REI has the best staff - helpful and friendly! Popped in to pick up a few items and every staff member from the time I walked in the door until I left said hello.

Generally, we have a great experience at REI. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
During this last visit, I selected the exact same item in 2 different colors from the same display hook, displaying a sale price. But at the register, I was told one was on sale, the other wasn't. I tried to explain that they were BOTH under the same price tag and that most other establishments will honor the display price. Both my cashier and the one next to me just gave me blank looks and made no effort to recognize the stocking error. I opted not to buy the regular price color and left disappointed with the inability of the team members to act and think beyond the info in their computer.

This REI location is wonderful. The staff is always eager to find or recommend an item. Shout out to Andrew in the shoe department for his assistance in helping me choose a pair of shoes the other day! I was assisted by a couple of other wonderful people at the register and in the clothing section, but didn’t catch their names.

Excellent REI location. The staff were all very helpful, friendly, and attentive. They have a good selection and various deals for members that I appreciated. Even if they don't have the particular item you're looking for in stock, they are quite helpful with arranging online store pickup or seeing if it is available at another REI branch. I would definitely go back again for all of my outdoor needs.

So disappointed. We went in this weekend to buy some hiking boots, and the sales people offered no useful help and spent more time hard-selling us on the value of membership. Annoyed, we abandoned the boot search and purchased some pants instead. Then the cashier hit us with more hard-sells on the membership. 3-stars is being generous.
