This Marshall’s is my fav. I always go here to shop. However there is some cashier aren’t nice. There was this young girl in customer service. She was extreme rude and disrespectful. She had headphones on and using her phone while she was scanning my merchandise. That wasn’t professional at all. She didn’t even say thank you after I was leaving. I was waiting for receipt but she was busy with her phone. If you don’t like your job then don’t work. Stay home use phone all day long. Oh well I don’t know how come managers allow them to use phone and listening music while working ? It was unacceptable. I am really upset about this. I would never go this cashier again. I wish I don’t give one star.

Horrible customer service not better than the TJMaxx at the same area. The woman who I went to her for a return was angry and fighting about the schedule lol she had my item with her for a while and I think she might just liked it and wanted to keep it but I wanted to keep going and get the long queue moving. All at all I still think they have a long way to improve especially with the hight customers demand and terrible service.

I wish I can give zero stars customer service was horrible . Try to make this a really short story but the “manager” I didn’t get her name by then I was annoyed and just trying to leave . She had short reddish brown hair , wears glasses maybe who knows but anyways . She was ringing my mother and I up .. I notice she was ringing a couple items twice , it happens when you get distracted .. but I told her nicely “ma’am I think you rang this twice “ she goes NO I didn’t .. I’m like whatever I’ll just wait until she print on the receiptSo she can see . Then she takes a look she knew she did scan a couple items twice and goes fine give me the bag lord be hold she rang a coupleItems twice bc my total was a lot lower … with a whole attitude snatching the bag .. then accuses my mom of video taping her ? Like what the heck with everything going on and people video typing one less thing my mom and I was worried about is video taping her. And starts throwing our items back in the bag .. embarrassing and yelling accusing us of video taping like reallyLady you’re a manager . Your mad because you messed up..I just don’t know what was wrong with her but yeah we just endedTelling her to cancelThe transaction.. very rude , rude manager .

I had a bad experience in customer service with short hair manager.she was very unprofessional.She treat customers in rudeness I was never had.should manager staffs make more attention in customer service.

Very disappointed with the customer service I got today from this store. I have done business with Marshalls for a decade yet this place is a disaster. This lady that was my cashier with the name NORMA. Very rude not been cooperative nor comprehending my inquiries. I hope higher management is knowledgeable of the damage that this kind of behavior can cause.

Nahasin has the worst customer service and the manager with the short hair is very unprofessional. they do not know how properly communicate without having a nasty attitude. i will not be spending my money here ever again!

It always feels like a treasure hunt going there and I love it! It's a lovely store. Random enough to peak your interests, and not junky or disorganized like some competing stores.

I was in the area killing time and decided to stop in. This is one of the more organized Marshall's locations that I've been to in the area. I was able to stock up on all my favorite HONEY POT feminine hygiene products, Pepper Creek seasonings, Metro Cocktail Co. and NY Cocktail booze infusion mixers, DW Home candles (of course), and even grabbed a few other "new-to-me" items.I had an emergency and my pitiful bladder just wouldn't hold on. The restroom was FILTHY and understocked. Thank goodness I always carry my own feminine wipes and hand soap. Squat higher than usual, ladies. (Pew!)__I eat. @f.huxI thrift. @DCthriftish

Went to this location with a TJMAXX return and they denied when all TJX stores take returns from all their other stores. At tjmaxx they take Marshall’s returns and Marshall’s denied the tjmaxx return. Confusing. Why is the same rule not applied to all locations?
